Cancellation Policy

Louise is unable to offer refunds, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours prior through the website. If you arrive late to your session, you are entitled to the remainder of your session, but the missed time will not be made up and no refunds will be issued. If your session is at the studio, it is your duty to check any planned travel restrictions. Sessions can be moved to online if needed. Rescheduling due to illness is subject to the same notice period. By booking in, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you have any queries or concerns, please get in touch.
